Job Description

Ideco Ltd, your trusted leader in home décor for over 40 years, is expanding its team and operations. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-oriented Sales Support Officer to provide administrative and commercial support to our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up quotations and sales documentation.
  • Maintain project, contract and customer records.
  • Coordinate product samples, catalogues and showroom materials.
  • Assist with project administration and commercial documentation.
  • Update customer information and records in the company system.
  • Support Product Managers and Sales Representatives with day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Provide backup support for customer enquiries when required.
  • Prepare reports and ensure accurate filing and record keeping.

Requirements

  • HSC or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administration will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
