Ideco
Ltd, your trusted leader in home décor for over 40 years, is expanding its team
and operations. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and
customer-oriented Sales Support Officer to provide administrative and
commercial support to our Sales Department.
Key
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up quotations and
sales documentation.
- Maintain project, contract and customer
records.
- Coordinate product samples, catalogues
and showroom materials.
- Assist with project administration and
commercial documentation.
- Update customer information and records
in the company system.
- Support Product Managers and Sales
Representatives with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Provide backup support for customer
enquiries when required.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate
filing and record keeping.
Requirements
- HSC or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Previous experience in sales support or
administration will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and
communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to
work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
