Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with opening doors upon arrival and departure.
• Provide efficient luggage handling for arriving and departing guests.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce them to the hotel's facilities and in-room amenities.
• Provide valet parking services when required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Cashier, and other departments.
• Assist airline crew members during arrivals and departures.
• Monitor the lobby and entrance areas, reporting any unattended luggage, suspicious packages, or unusual activity to Management immediately.
• Review daily arrivals, including VIPs and guests with special requirements, to ensure personalized service.
• Keep the lobby, bell desk, storage areas, and equipment clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Verify guest satisfaction and proactively offer assistance whenever needed.
• Report any defective equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
• Promote the hotel's image by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and courtesy.
• Use guest names whenever possible to provide a personalised hospitality experience.
• Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Office Department.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and well-groomed personality.
• Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely.
• A valid driver's license would be an advantage (for valet parking duties).
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Basic spoken English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
