Sales Executive – Real Estate

Dolphin Management Services Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive on behalf of one of its real estate clients, a Mauritian Domestic Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling apartments within a residential development project while delivering excellent customer service and coordinating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell apartments within the development project and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate sales with potential buyers.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with prospective clients, financial institutions, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, service providers, and internal departments to facilitate sales and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, contracts, reports, and customer records.
  • Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, property launches, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or a relevant first degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Remuneration

Salary package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
