Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to develop partnership with Tour operators, drive revenue and company growth by acquiring new clients, building B2B partnerships, and creating tailored travel packages. They manage the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and tracking performance. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B clients (travel agencies, corporate accounts) and B2C travelers. 

  • Package Customization: Tailor travel itineraries, excursions, and packages to meet client needs and preferences. 

  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners like hotels, airlines, and transport providers.  

  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze tourism market trends, competitor activity, and target demographics to identify profitable opportunities.  

  • Pipeline Management: Track leads, conversion rates, and sales activities using CRM software. 

 

Key Skills Required 

 

  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong persuasion and contracting skills to seal deals effectively. 

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel trends, regional destinations, and the tourism sector. 

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch to clients and collaborate with operations and marketing teams. 

  • Niche Specialization: Ability to focus on high-yield tourism niches (e.g., honeymoons, adventure travel, senior tours).
