Job Description

Sales Support (Contract)

Premix Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Basalt Products Ltd, is looking to recruit a Sales Support on a fixed-term contract of six (6) months.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration

  • Prepare and issue customer quotations.
  • Manage quotation requests received through various channels. 

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries on products, services, invoices, and account matters.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and walk-in interactions.

Sales Order Processing

  • Verify and release sales orders in Business Central.
  • Ensure orders comply with approved pricing, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Coordinate with planning and operations for order scheduling. 

Sales Reporting & Monitoring

  • Track sales activities, KPIs, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor site visits and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.

 Customer Accounts & Complaints

  • Record and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Coordinate investigations with the Quality Department.
  • Review customer accounts, payments, and credit facilities.
  • Process credit notes when required. 

Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with sales, operations, planning, finance, IT, and other departments.
  • Assist in resolving customer and operational issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial support.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
