C-Care Hospitals & Clinics is currently looking for a Billing & Insurance Officer.

The Incumbent is responsible to provide complete administrative support to the patients and the Billing and Insurance Team.

What you will be doing:
•    To follow all procedures and processes formalities for the Admission and discharge of in-patients.
•    To liaise with any internal and external stakeholders involved in the billing process during the stay of the patient.
•    To provide support and explanation to patients seeking further information regarding the items that appear on their bill.
•    To collect payments through various methods (cash, online payments)
•    To dispatch final documents, like; bills, DS, and GOP, to the Insurance Company in a timely manner.
•    To liaise with the Doctor to receive insurance progress report and any medical information deems necessary for the Insurance
•     Company to assess patients file during their stay or at discharge.

What are we looking for?
•    School Certificate & Higher school certificate
•    Good Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Minimum 2-3 years’ of experience in related field
