Key
Responsibilities:
Office administration and document management
Follow-up with creditors and debtors
Coordinate import/export documentation
Manage permits, licenses, and compliance requirements
Support accounting and HR administrative tasks
Maintain
effective communication with banks regarding payments and banking documentation
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP systems
Good communication skills in English and French
Well organized, reliable, and able to work independently
