Job Description

Overview of the Role:
To manage reservations, provide excellent customer service, and perform sales and administrative duties to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the welcome centre while supporting revenue generation and guest satisfaction.


Main Missions:
  • Ensure guests reservations are on the system & handle all bookings.
  • Always upsell by proposing other activities related to the company.
  • Continuous learning of product in order to respond promptly to demands and ensure efficency in service delivery to clients.
  • Manage open & close sales based on bookings in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator / Assist in monitoring resources / Inventory.
  • To assist guests in doing a booking while providing all necessary details.
  • Updates sales network on availability.
  • Ensure filling of Daily Sales Report.
  • Answer phone calls & e-mails  / Action daily emails.
  • Ensure banking is done on a daily basis.
  • Compiling suppliers's invoices to be dispatch to HO.
  • Conduct cash count at end of the day.
  • Ensure filling is being done accordingly (as per supplier/months).
  • Ensure that all items received by the customer are charged for and correct bill is issued.
  • To follow up for payment where required and ensure payment reached in due time.
  • Ensure disclaimer form are available at all time before arriving of guests
  • Welcome and greet guests as soon as they arrive at the welcome centre and, where necessary, escort them to their seats.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are carefully followed and applied.



Candidate's Profile:

  • 5 Years experience in related field.
  • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage.
  • Ready to work in Bel Ombre.
