Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP & Digital Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving growth by driving existing account, identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and establishing long-term client relationships. You will work to expand our offerings by understanding market demands, collaborating with technical teams to align on solutions, and leveraging the team and your expertise to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Cyber Security & emerging technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

(i)             Customer

 

a)     Building and nurturing customer relationship. 

b)     Ability to listen to the customer and able to match pain point with our offer. 

c)     Follow up requests and complaints from customers for all business-related matters.

d)     Assist customers in giving continuous written and verbal feedback within the agreed set of time.

e)     Always listen to customers and take note to ensure that customer request is well taken on record and addressed in a timely manner.

f)      Be the tech/commercial resource front-ending the lead and customer. 

g)     Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

 

 

(ii)             Business

 

 

h)     Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and target markets within the cloud and emerging technology domain. 

i)      Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue, including partnerships, direct sales, and new channel opportunities. 

j)       Analyze competitor activity and provide strategic insights for competitive positioning.

k)     Create and execute a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. 

l)      Meet or exceed sales targets by building a robust sales pipeline and consistently closing deals. 

m)   Develop and present proposals and conduct product demos to prospective clients.
