Job Description
- Support the Head of Stock by ensuring accurate stock master data, inventory references, and reliable reporting in ERP systems.
- Create, update, and maintain stock and spare parts references in ERP systems (Oracle), including codification, descriptions, units, and attributes.
- Contribute to group stock visibility, data integrity, and harmonization by providing structured data support
- Support data cleansing and harmonization of stock master data.
- Process stock‑related ERP transactions (receipts, issues, transfers) as instructed by the Stock Coordinator.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of transactions.
- Extract stock data and prepare basic KPI reports (stock levels, discrepancies, accuracy).
- Apply the stock procedures, templates, and forms established in our quality management system.
- Maintain organised stock documentation and records.
