We are currently seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to contribute to the efficient operations of Life Medical Clinic Bon Pasteur.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Maintenance Team.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the clinic's facilities, equipment, and utility systems.
  • Plan and monitor preventive maintenance programmes and routine inspections.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency facility breakdowns.
  • Perform and/or coordinate basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
  • Schedule maintenance activities and prioritise work requests.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
  • Coach, support, and evaluate maintenance team members.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the role as assigned by Management. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a clinic or healthcare environment.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
  • Willingness to be on call for emergency maintenance when required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
