Full-time

To drive the vehicles proficiently and safely in strict compliance with Road Traffic Regulations;
To ensure that vehicles are covered with appropriate insurance, fitness and road license.
To check daily fuel, oil and water levels and tyre pressure.
To maintain a Log Book indicating odometer readings, purpose of trips and time in-out.
To report accidents immediately.
To ensure the cleanliness and good running condition of the motor vehicles allocated
To run official errands, despatch of correspondence, mails, documents etc.;

To be discreet in all matters related to the assignment, including confidential information seen or heard

To follow up and be in attendance while maintenance work is being carried out;
To operate office equipment such as photocopying, binding machines etc.;
To provide attendant and messenger services, and supporting services as and when required;
Handyman Duties
Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as fixing doors, windows, or furniture.
Assist with installations, assembly, and general upkeep of facilities.
