Position overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and
operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the
Business Unit. The role supports internal teams, clients, and other
stakeholders by coordinating a wide range of administrative activities and
ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support
to ensure the efficient operation of the Business Unit.
·
Prepare, format, and maintain business documents, records, and filing
systems.
·
Coordinate meetings, appointments, training sessions, and other
administrative activities.
·
Manage correspondence, calls, and communication with internal and
external stakeholders.
·
Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, reports, and other
business documentation.
·
Maintain office supplies and coordinate general office administration.
·
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate the
smooth delivery of services.
·
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of
administrative tasks.
·
Assist the Business Unit Manager with day-to-day operational and
administrative requirements.
·
Perform any other duties as assigned in line with the needs of the
Business Unit. operation of the Business Unit.
Requirements:
v
Education:
·
At
least a Higher School Certificate Level
·
A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration,
Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field would be an
advantage.
v
Experience:
· 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
v Must have:
·
IT
Literate
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
·
Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
v Soft skills:
·
Strong
organizational and time management skills.
·
Good
verbal and written communication skills.
·
Attention
to detail and accuracy.
·
Ability
to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
·

with a professional and courteous approach.

Ability
