We're looking for an SEO Executive Champion who thrives on the challenge of increasing rankings, growing organic traffic, and helping our brands win across Google, AI-powered search, and beyond.


The SEO champion will assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing the overall online presence of our platforms.


This role requires a strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and SEO best practices.


The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and support continuous SEO growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Keyword Research & On-Page SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and keyword placement to support SEO initiatives.
  • Optimize website pages, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and content structure.
  • Support the creation and optimization of SEO-friendly content aligned with user search intent.
  • Monitor and improve internal linking across websites.
  • Ensure website content follows SEO best practices and aligns with target keywords.


2. Content Optimization

  • Identify content gaps and opportunities for new content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Optimize existing content to improve rankings, traffic, and user engagement.
  • Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, and other SERP features.
  • Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives.
  • Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.


3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Conduct outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Identify guest posting, partnership, and backlink opportunities.
  • Monitor backlink quality and ensure compliance with Google's guidelines.
  • Support digital PR and local SEO initiatives where applicable.


4. Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify crawl, indexing, and website issues.
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.
  • Work with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Assist with schema markup and structured data implementation.


5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.


6. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Development teams to align SEO activities with business objectives.
  • Provide SEO guidance and best practices to content creators and other stakeholders.
  • Support website launches, campaigns, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives from an SEO perspective.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.


Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, and similar SEO tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
  • Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
