Role Summary


Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Handler to manage Travel Inconvenience and Medical Claims within international travel insurance programs.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Management
  • Efficiently monitor and manage incoming claims across multiple channels, including call, email, claims portal, and WhatsApp.
Customer-Centric Service
  • Deliver timely, clear, and empathetic communication to customers, ensuring a seamless and positive claims experience.
Claims Assessment & Resolution
  • Handle travel inconvenience claims (flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues) and medical claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work in close coordination with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Underwriting to ensure the effective resolution of complex cases.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline claims processes and contribute to continuous service optimization.
Quality Assurance
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in every claim handled.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in travel insurance claims handling or medical claims processing.
  • Familiarity with claims management systems and multi-channel communication platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very strong spoken English.
  • Highly customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
