Job Description
Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst who will support the business in financial analysis,
forecasting, liability management, and strategic decision-making through the development
of financial models and analytical insights.
The
role will contribute to balance sheet optimisation, funding analysis,
profitability assessment, budgeting, and long-term financial planning within
the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling & Analysis
- Develop
and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic
planning.
- Conduct
scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
- Analyse
profitability, funding costs, and financial performance trends.
- Support
business case preparation and investment evaluations.
Liability & Funding Analysis
- Monitor
funding structures and cost of funds.
- Support
liquidity and cash flow analysis.
- Assist
in evaluating funding and refinancing opportunities.
- Participate
in balance sheet and asset-liability analysis.
Strategic & Business Support
- Prepare
financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support
strategic projects and business initiatives through financial analysis.
- Collaborate
with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Ensure
accuracy and integrity of financial data and models.
- Contribute
to automation and enhancement of financial reporting processes.
- Maintain
documentation of modelling assumptions and methodologies.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree
in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- ACCA
/ CFA Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience
- 4–7
years’ experience in financial analysis, modelling, treasury, or strategic
finance.
- Experience
in financial services, banking, leasing, or lending environment preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced
Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Strong
analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge
of Power BI, SQL, or financial analytics tools would be an advantage.
- Strong
communication and presentation skills.
