Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk
to contribute to the efficient
operations of La Clinique Mauricienne.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payments
received from patients and insurance companies.
- Allocation of receipts.
- Initiate patients’
refunds.
- Prepare and send monthly
statement of accounts.
- Prepare and send reminder
letters.
- Recovery of amount due.
- Processing of suppliers’
invoices.
- Prepare and post
suppliers’ payments.
- Perform monthly
reconciliation with suppliers’ statement of account.
- Filing of documents.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum
HSC level.
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in similar role would be an advantage.
- Fully
conversant in MS Office applications.
- Fluent
in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong
communications skills and organizational skills.
- Proactive,
Dynamic, Focused and Result oriented.
- Able
to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Can
work in team.
