Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, efficient, and personalized in-villa dining service.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure prompt processing and delivery.
• Prepare and set up trays, trolleys, and service equipment according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all food and beverage orders are complete, well-presented, and delivered within established service timelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Promote menu items, beverages, and special promotions through effective up selling.
• Handle guest requests courteously and assist in resolving minor concerns.
• Present bills accurately and process payments according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure guest privacy and villa etiquette are respected at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, pantry, buggy, and equipment.
• Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• School Certificate (SC) or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field will be an advantage.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter, Room Service Waiter, In-Villa Dining Waiter, or Food & Beverage Attendant in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
