Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
• Monitor production parameters and perform routine operational checks.
• Complete production records, monitoring sheets, and traceability documentation accurately.
• Assist with maintenance activities and plant housekeeping.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
• Report equipment abnormalities, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervisors.
• Follow established operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Participate in shift work and support site operations as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment.
• Possess a minimum educational level equivalent to Grade 10 or Grade 11.
• Be physically fit and capable of handling materials and performing operational tasks.
• A valid means of transport (Specially during night shifts)
• Have basic reading and comprehension skills in English and/or French.
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
