Job Description

Your Mission

 

You will be responsible for proactively generating and converting high-value group opportunities, including corporate retreats, luxury leisure groups, celebrations, and exclusive villa buyouts, while maximising total revenue through accommodation, Private Villas, and Food & Beverage events.

 

You will play a key role in strengthening the resort’s positioning as Mauritius’ leading destination for luxury groups and ultra-high-end private stays.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive group sales across Rooms, Suites, and Private Villas, with a strong focus on high-value and luxury segments
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through luxury travel advisors, event agencies, corporate accounts, and tour operators
  • Position and promote our Private Villas as ultra-luxury residential experiences for exclusive stays and buyouts
  • Maximise total revenue through strategic cross-selling of Food & Beverage events, private dining, and bespoke experiences
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to conversion and contracting
  • Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and participate in sales missions and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and operational teams to optimise performance and client experience

 

What We Are Looking For

 

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales.

Profile:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Sales within a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Proven success in driving group and event revenue
  • Strong understanding of luxury clientele and high-end travel partners
  • Experience selling villas, suites, or luxury accommodation is highly advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, and commercially focused
