Real Estate Agent (Freelance)

Location: Black River, Mauritius

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential?

Our client is currently seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join their growing team on a freelance basis. Candidates with previous experience in real estate are strongly encouraged to apply; however, experienced sales professionals from other industries will also be considered. Candidates with a background in insurance sales will be viewed favourably.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions
• Stay informed about market trends and available properties

Requirements

• Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred
• Strong sales experience may be considered in lieu of real estate experience
• Insurance sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage

Remuneration

• Attractive commission structure
• Earn 30% commission on completed sales
• Additional details regarding remuneration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates
