Job Description

 We are currently recruiting a Cook to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Store food properly and minimize waste.
  • Assist with menu planning and daily food preparation schedules.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff 
  • Ensure timely preparation of meals during busy service periods.
