Job Description

Main Duties

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on company products and services
  • Promote and sell company services while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Process sales transactions accurately and issue relevant documentation
  • Main customer records and update sales information as required
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests when necessary
  • Ensure the sales area is organized, tidy, and welcoming to customers
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support the team during peak hours and perform administrative duties as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience 

  • HSC holder or any equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Reliable, organized, and customer-oriented

Working Hours 


  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
  • Flexibility to work odd hours when required
