Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide
assistance in the gym for the proper use of equipment
- Give and promote
personal training
- Provide group
classes
- Respect standards
of service including systematic and regular disinfecting of equipment
- Do daily check as
per check lists
- Ensure a safe and
welcoming environment at all time
- Ensure set up and
ambiance is always respected, as per standards
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of gym and equipment at all time and follow protocol Standards
- Ensure a good
maintenance and proper use of equipment
- Ensure
availability of guest supplies at all time
- Ensure proper
communication towards guests and members
- Ensure quality of
service & guest satisfaction
- Provide a
courteous and professional service
- Identify needs, health issues and objectives and guide guests accordingly on appropriate services and use of equipment
- Promote paying gym services towards guests while paying attention to his needs and wants
- Achieve financial
targets
- Report guest
complaints & unsatisfaction to the Leisure and Wellness Executive
- Always show a
caring, attentive, and professional attitude toward guests
- Ensure you know the name of each member of your club, and you call them by their name
- Make sure you
know the workout plan of the members of your club and their health
concerns to prevent injuries
- Identify areas of improvement and make suggestions to the Leisure center manager
- Might be
requested to do a replacement in another department if needed
- Attend and participate in briefing and meetings called by the manager, give updates, feedbacks and suggestions
- Ensure important
communication are given to responsible persons, written in communication
book and that Channel of communication is respected
- Maintain and develop Mont Choisy image and reputation, and protect and develop these brands via suitable PR activities
