Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support to our Human Resources, Logistics, and Waterproofing Departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating administrative activities, assisting with staff documentation, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.


Human Resources Support

  • Maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Assist with staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and correspondence.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.

Logistics Support

  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, transportation, and material movements.
  • Maintain records of stock, equipment, and site materials.
  • Prepare purchase requests, delivery notes, and logistics documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and site personnel regarding deliveries and schedules.
  • Update logistics reports and databases.

Waterproofing Department Support

  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, work orders, and correspondence.
  • Track project progress and assist in scheduling site activities.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, supervisors, and site teams.
  • Ensure proper filing of project-related documents and certificates.
