Job Description

·         Constantly strives for excellence in customer service by coaching and counseling the Front Office staff to expectations as well as maintaining and enforcing all policies and procedures.

·         Assists the Front Office Manager and the Assistant Front Office Manager in welcoming important guests or groups.

·         Checks the daily attendance book to control punctuality, absenteeism, overtime and casual labour, in order to make sure staff members have recorded their IN and OUT duty time.

·         Checks the daily logbooks for recording events with the Guest Relations, Reception, Conciergerie, Telephone Operator, Porter sections and reviews them with the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager to correct any arising operational problem.

·         Contributes to the maximisation of rooms’ revenue by identifying up-selling opportunities.

·         Provides facilities to educational tours and to supply customers with hotel features.
