Job Description
The Junior Digital Content
Creator supports the execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy
through effective management of social media platforms, development of engaging
content, and creation of visual assets. This role contributes to strengthening
brand presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns
by combining creativity with digital tools and emerging technologies. The
position also assists in day-to-day marketing activities to ensure consistent
and impactful communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social
Media Management
• Assist in managing and maintaining company
social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Schedule and publish posts in line with the content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate queries where
necessary
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports
Content
Creation
• Develop engaging written content for social
media, website updates, and marketing campaigns
• Support content planning and ideation aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across platforms
• Assist in proofreading and editing marketing content
Design
& Creative Support
• Create basic visual content using tools such
as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist in designing marketing materials including social media graphics,
presentations, and promotional assets
• Support visual storytelling to enhance audience engagement
Digital
Tools & Innovation
• Utilize AI-powered tools to support content
ideation, copywriting, and visual creation
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Suggest creative ideas to improve content reach and engagement
General
Marketing Support
• Assist in day-to-day marketing activities and
campaign execution
• Support coordination of marketing initiatives and promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in
Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design, or a
related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with key social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,
etc.)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to create engaging written and visual content
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and visual
creation
• Creative mindset with a strong willingness to learn and support marketing
activities
