As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing their performance to optimize future strategies.
You will act as the vital
link between strategy, creative, and digital teams, managing timelines,
coordinating assets, and tracking campaign performance to ensure projects are
delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign
Management: Support the development and launch of marketing campaigns
by building task lists, setting priorities, and managing internal
deadlines.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between writers,
designers, digital marketers, and external vendors to keep workflows
running smoothly.
- Calendar
& Asset Tracking: Own and update marketing project calendars.
Manage the routing, review, and approval of creative assets, ensuring they
adhere to brand guidelines.
- Reporting
& Analytics: Help gather marketing data to track KPIs, analyze
campaign performance, and compile regular reports.
- Vendor
& Budget Support: Coordinate with external suppliers and print
vendors to manage collateral, track invoices, and update cost reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field.
- Experience:
1-3 years in a project coordination, marketing coordination, or digital
agency role.
- Project
Management Tools: Proficiency with workflow and issue-tracking tools
such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to update stakeholders
and resolve bottlenecks.
- Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple
moving parts without requiring micromanagement.
