If you are a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of HSC/Bac qualification and have experience in using D365 system, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily administrative functions, contributing to the smooth running of our office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing correspondence and phone calls with professionalism.
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management.
- Arranging for hotel bookings and transfers
- Raise Purchase Order and follow up
- Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
