What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Minimum Bacc +3 with Scientific, Mathematics and/or Engineering
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet objectives
• Resilience
• Organisational and planning skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Planning and organisation skills to be able to run and monitor the production process
• The capacity to grasp complex concepts easily
• Good written communication and reporting
