The Mauritius Civil Service Mutual Aid Association Ltd (MCSMAA Ltd), created in 1893, is a non-bank financial institution and operates as a public company under the Companies Act 2001.

The Association, as one of the few institutions in the financial sector with over 100 years of existence, has celebrated its 125th Anniversary in November 2018.

Its membership is open to employees of the public sector (central government including state-owned companies, local government and parastatal bodies).

The main products of the Association are loans and deposits. It provides various types of loan facilities including Home Loan, Educational Loan, Car Loan and Personal Loan to meet interalia expenses related to wedding house repairs, health and travel.

It also accepts fixed deposits and provides a Retirement Savings Scheme, both of which are open to the general public.
