Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and spearhead strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, a proven track record of leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead by example, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote mutual funds, stock trading, and forex products.
- Performance Management: Set clear objectives for the sales team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key investors and ensure excellent service delivery to retain and grow client portfolios.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize sales outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Worked in foreign exchange trading, insurance, sales, and worked as a team manager for more than one year
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, stock trading, and forex investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi language is advantageous.
