As a Sales Representative Manager you will lead a team to achieve targets through goal-setting, strategy development, and coaching.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (some positions may accept equivalent experience).
Experience: 2 -5+ years in sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets; prior management experience is often preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with, sales platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-Solving Ability: Skill in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle administrative duties effectively.
