Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, sanitizing work areas, disposing of waste, and ensuring that all utensils and tools are properly stored.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the food safety management system procedures with regards to personal hygiene and operation procedures
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- Follow precisely the instructions given by a superior
- Ensure that the correct standards and methods of service are performed as stated in the Department’s Operation Manual
- Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by direct supervisor
- Ensure that correct standards and methods of cleaning and sanitizing are employed
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained to good standard
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Good communication
- Dynamic and details oriented
