Wellness & Beauty Advisor

• Advise and guide customers in selecting the best products.
• Be attentive to customers’ needs in order to advise the appropriate products.
• Act as the brand ambassador by offering an excellent customer experience.
• Be well versed with product categorization and brands.
• Ensure that the products are well displayed.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures and applicable laws.

• School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
• Any qualifications in the wellness and beauty field would be a plus.
• Experience in the wellness and beauty industry would be an advantage.
• Ability to work on flexible hours and during weekends.
• Ability to provide professional counselling to clients.
• Good communication skills.
• Result & target driven.
