Helios Distribution Ltd. is currently looking for a passionate Wellness & Beauty Advisor to join it’s sales team. To be successful in this role, you should be customer-service oriented and familiar with a wide range of wellness and beauty products. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our brands to customers in pharmacies.

Sector: Pharmaceutical                                                                                                                         Residing in the region of Plaines Wilhems

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend wellness and skin care products based on their preferences and needs. 
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Implement promotional campaigns and participate in point-of-sale events.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Submit a sales report daily and provide regular feedback.
• Work in close collaboration with different pharmacy teams. 

Qualifications and Experience

• HSC or any equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales and/or beauty counselling will be an advantage.

 Other Requisites

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of skincare and wellness products.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English and French.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours.
• Ability to work on flexible hours and during weekends.
