We are looking for a dynamic Wedding Coordinator to join our dynamic team !!
Main Responsibilities
•Handling reservation by email
•Processing reservation in the computer system
•Filing of documents
•Following up bookings with hotels, representatives, suppliers, civil status and embassies
•Preparing agencies/suppliers monthly accounts
•Sending pro-forma invoices and follow-up of payment procedures
•Performs any other duties in relation to the job when requested by management.
Specific Requirements
•HSC or equivalent, Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
•Computer literate (Word–Excel–PowerPoint–Email)
•Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer relations skills
•Willingness to work odd hours including Sundays and Public Holidays
•Proactive, Trustworthy, outspoken and outgoing personality
•Listener, able to react in all situations, creative and sense of organization
•Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
