Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with a strong focus on front-end development. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about creating dynamic and engaging websites while being open to growing into back-end responsibilities. As part of our team, you will not only hone your front-end skills but also gain experience working with Drupal and Umbraco CMS platforms, expanding your expertise into full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance of web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement and improve website functionality.
• Learn and work with content management systems (CMS) like Drupal and Umbraco to support back-end development tasks.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth website performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in web development.

Field Expertise:

• Proficiency in slicing and converting designs into functional websites using:
• HTML
• CSS (SASS/LESS preferred)
• JavaScript (including jQuery)
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience with cross-browser testing.

A Plus:

• Experience or willingness to learn:
• Drupal CMS
• Umbraco CMS
• PHP
• ASP.NET
• Custom Front-end development
• Front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS
• Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
