Job Summary:

As a Web Developer at Astucom Communication Ltd, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and e-commerce platforms for our clients. You will work on multiple platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and custom web applications, handling both front-end and back-end development. Working closely with our design, marketing, and strategy teams, you’ll build intuitive, high-performance web solutions that drive engagement and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

                •              Design, develop, and maintain websites using various platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and custom-built solutions.

                •              Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages as required.

                •              Develop and customize responsive themes and templates.

                •              Work on both front-end and back-end features, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

                •              Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and custom solutions to enhance website functionality.

                •              Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.

                •              Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and issues.

                •              Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists to implement designs and features.

                •              Set up and maintain Google Ads campaigns for select projects.

                •              Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

                •              Proven experience as a Web Developer with a portfolio of successful projects.

                •              Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

                •              Experience with back-end technologies like PHP, Node.js, and MySQL databases.

                •              Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.

                •              Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.

                •              Experience integrating third-party APIs and applications.

                •              Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

                •              Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

                •              Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

                •              Experience with Magento and Shopify Plus.

                •              Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).

                •              Knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.

                •              Understanding of Google Ads setup and optimization.

                •              Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

                •              Experience in cloud hosting and server management (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
