Warehouse Support Officer
Responsibilities
- Conduct checks on products in picking zones to ensure that the quantities picked corroborate with the request of the client and quality is in line with the standards set.
- Ensure Warehouse KPIs are updated Daily and shared with Management.
- Assist Team Leader / Coordinators in the implementation of KPIs and Quality Procedures
- Conduct Audits on Processes and Procedures.
- Act as backup/replacement to Warehouse Coordinator whenever necessary.
Education/Competence
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and flexible with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Capability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Have a methodical approach with attention to detail and be able to quickly assess and act on changing priorities.
- Quick learning ability to new systems and operational procedures.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team.
- Holds at least a Diploma in Warehouse Management or any equivalent qualification.
- Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work odds hour, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
