1. Warehouse Administration Manager
2. Warehouse Operations Manager
- 1. Warehouse Administration Manager:
The Warehouse Administration Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the planning of deliveries, managing administrative staff, and ensuring all delivery schedules and documentation are accurately maintained.
- Leading the planning and scheduling of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Ensure all delivery notes and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Manage a team of administrative staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Supervise the administrative processes related to delivery planning and execution.
- Oversee the performance and reporting of drivers.
- Ensure drivers' schedules and routes optimize delivery efficiency.
- Manage a team responsible for sending SMS notifications to customers regarding their deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Compile and analyse delivery reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all deliveries, driver logs, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.
- Foster a cooperative and productive work environment within the warehouse team.
- 2. Warehouse Operations Manager
The Warehouse Operations Manager will lead all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role is critical for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and outgoing of products for deliveries to customers.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and manage periodic stock audits.
- Implement effective warehouse management systems and processes.
- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
- Optimize space utilization and manage equipment maintenance.
- Manage loading/unloading operations to ensure damage-free handling of products.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by warehouse personnel.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for better productivity and stock control.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
