ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Their primary duty is to deliver prompt and efficient service of all Food and Beverage items. Our Hotel's image should be reflected at all times and extended beyond guest’s expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: At least a National Certificate Level 3 in Restaurant & Bar or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: A minimum of 1– 3 years of working experience as Waiter/Waitress
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
o A Food Handler Certificate
o A Clean Certificate of Character
o Good Customer Focus & up-selling Skills
o A warm personality, attentive and smart
