Responsible for taking orders and serving food & beverages in respective outlets efficiently and in a courteous manner whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Promote the image of the Hotel
- Prepare the outlet before guests arrival
- Make sure each customer has a pleasant and comfortable experience
- Aware of guests’/ visitors’/ repeaters' preferences/ special requirements of food and beverage
- Ensure knowledge of menu and outlet's promotions and any special offers.
- Provide excellent guest service by identifying all our guests' needs and preferences acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence
- Respond promptly to guest's requests
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using micros
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Assist in conducting inventory of equipment, linen and materials
