Waiter

As a Waiter, you’ll be the face of our coffee shop, ensuring customers feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with the Coffee Shop Manager and team members to provide exceptional service and a smooth dining experience.

• • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu

  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/barista team

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

  • Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and ready for the next guests

  • Respond to customer inquiries or concerns with a helpful and friendly attitude

  • Assist with billing and handle payments using POS systems

  • Support with opening, closing, and general upkeep of the dining area

  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service flow and high standards
