Veranda Grand Baie Hotel and Spa is looking for passionate and talented candidates to join the Team !

Responsibilities: 

- Serve food and beverages in F&B outlets for consumption by guests as per standards

- Take part in training and implement accordingly

- Report customer complaints efficiently to his/her superior

- Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests

- Ensure that all items ordered from the store are collected on a daily basis

- Attend daily briefings in his/her department and  follow instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning of the outlet that he/she is assigned to work for

- Perform “mise en place” of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors

- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
