Salesperson responsible to drive sales growth, train customers in the usage of our products,build relationship with clients and keep regular record of feedback from our customers.

WEIGHING INSTRUMENT SALESPERSON

Universal Weight International Co. Ltd is a family owned company based in Mauritius since 1994. We are looking for an experienced SALES PERSON to JOIN our existing successful team to drive sales growth for our company.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales growth of all the products that we sell.
• Training of clients in the usage of the products that the company sells.
• Customer liaison and planning of daily sales visits in the various regions.
• Attaining monthly KPI’s goals set for the sales team.
• Providing feedback from our clients on the services that we have provided to them.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity with Universal Weight International, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate qualifications within the following areas:

• Excellent customer service skills;
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
• Strong report writing skills;
• Professional personal presentation;
• Exceptional work attendance;
• Must have current driver’s licence;
• Ability to work without supervision;
• Must be a team player and willing to adapt to our companies “ETHOS” and distinct operational methodology.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be an experienced SALES PERSON with at least 5 years’ experience as a team leader or manager with demonstrated experience within a similar role in industry;
• A degree in Business/Marketing will be highly regarded;
• The ability and confidence to liaise and build relationships with clients;
• Intermediate computer literacy;
• Will be required to provide a “Certificate of Morality”

THE POSITION:

• Successful candidates will be required to complete a number of assessments and interviews once they are shortlisted to ensure that you are the right fit for our organisation.
• Salary package will be based on applicants experience and sales ability and definitely above the normal rate for this type of role.
