Villa Supervisor (1737-VS)

Our Client in the hospitality sector is seeking to recruit a Villa Supervisor for its operations

Responsibilities

. Liaise with and organize all subcontractors (pools cleaners, pest control, air conditioners, garden services, etc).

. Supervise the works of subcontractors and internal technicians and ensure that all is done as per schedules and impeccably.

. Employ, organize and supervise a cleaning team (housekeepers).

. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and safety regulations.

. Regularly inspect villas for technical issues and liaise with internal maintenance team or subcontractors to repair.

. Be pro-active rather that reactive in identifying issues to ensure villas in impeccable state at all times.

Profile

. HSC / SC Level

. Training in hotel maintenance and or housekeeping / butler.

. Experience at supervisory level in hotel industry.

. Well-mannered / spoken (English essential).

. Well-presented / groomed.

. Able to supervise staff.

. Discrete person is absolutely essential.
