Our client, a licensed and reputable offshore management company based in the North of Mauritius, providing trust, corporate, and fiduciary services to a global client base has an opportunity available for an experienced Trust Administrator to join their team and manage the day-to-day administration of trusts, Global Business Companies (GBCs), and Mauritian domestic entities.

Skills / Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree holder in a relevant field (Law, Finance, Management, or related).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the global business/offshore sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mauritian statutory and regulatory requirements, including those applicable to trusts, GBCs, domestic companies, and special licenses.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities efficiently.
- Proficiency in company secretarial functions and use of relevant software systems.
Duties / Job Description
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, GBCs, and domestic companies.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent and high-quality service.
- Set up companies, trusts, foundations, and similar structures in line with statutory timelines.
- Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure timely filings with authorities (ROC, FSC, etc.).
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and compliance documentation.
- Organise and document board and general meetings, prepare board packs and circulate agendas.
- Open and manage client bank accounts, liaise with banks and third-party providers.
- Conduct file reviews and ensure full compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Assist with EDB permit applications and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Support compliance and AML procedures, including due diligence and monitoring.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or trainees as needed.
- Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
