Mission
As a Travel Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for providing superlative, personalized service through multiple communication channels, including telephone, chat, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience for our luxury clientele across varied interactions.
Responsibilities
- Address and fulfil both simple and complex client requests with adherence to our quality standards and timeframes.
- Customize services to meet client needs while simplifying their day-to-day activities.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations and anticipate our client expectations.
- Deliver services that meet the exceptionally high standards expected by our luxury clients.
- Onboard, build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their preferences and characteristics.
- Continuously enrich our vendor database and develop a comprehensive knowledge of these various suppliers to efficiently fulfil orders and reservations on behalf of our clients.
- Work closely with a demanding and ambitious team dedicated to delivering top-tier service to luxury clients.
Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally hold a degree in Tourism Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Have experience in customer service and the luxury sector, preferably within the travel and/or hospitality industry.
- Be passionate about client satisfaction and attentive to detail and quality of service.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Be capable of working autonomously and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adhere strictly to deadlines and demonstrate dynamism, perseverance, tact, and diplomacy.
- Be proactive, offer sensible solutions and innovative proposals.
- Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken French and English
- Be comfortable using communication and computer tools, including telephone, chat, email, and WhatsApp.

- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate diverse client needs and time zones.
