Travel Consultant (English Only)

Profile

• 6 months of experience in the field of customer relations (customer service, aviation, call center).
• Minimum HSC
• Experience in the tourism or aviation field is a plus.

Your primary missions:

• Receive and handle inbound calls
• Ensure and provide quality of service to customers. That is, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force majeure situations
• Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Travel Operations department as a whole
• Report technical issues, customer complaints, among others.

The skills we are looking for:

• Good level of English and French spoken and written
• Ability to synthesize information (written transcription for monitoring the client file).
• Comfortable to speak to clients on the phone
• Individual who enjoys teamwork.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and office software required.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment such as aviation.
• Individual with natural empathy, calm and calm.
